Everyone deserves a fair chance


People who have been incarcerated face an unemployment rate of over 27% - higher than what the U.S. experienced even during the Great Depression. Indeed believes everyone deserves a fair chance at a job, regardless of their criminal history. 

To spread the word, we partnered with the Wall Street Journal to film a short documentary in New Orleans featuring successful cases of Fair Chance Hiring.




At Indeed Futureworks, we filled the space with large-scale portraits of job seekers with a criminal record. Each photo led to a video featuring the story behind the portrait.
